Experience in IPL/Laser hair removal, threading and electrolysis an advantage.

Working as part of an established team you will be providing a wide range of treatments to customers and will get a chance to work with new and up and coming treatments and techniques.

We Are Looking For The Following:

Salon Managers

This role will be suit someone working as a beauty therapist and is looking to step up and manage a busy laser hair removal clinic.

Minimum requirement:

• NVQ Level 3
• Two years practical experience
• Available to start immediately.

The salon manager’s role will be:

• Day to day co-ordination of the clinic/salon
• Greeting and personally welcoming customers and maintaining an accurate appointment diary
• Reception work
• Training, leading and motivating the team of beauty therapists.
• Processing orders
• Organizing staff rota
• Managing and maintaining stock levels
• Decision making on new products
• Controlling all aspects of the salon finances including cashing up.
• Maintaining and improving customer relations through advertising, promotions and organizing themed evenings.

Beauty Therapist & Laser Hair Removal Technicians.

This role will either suit a newly qualified beautician with NVQ level 3 or someone with lots of practical experience in the business.

Minimum requirement:

• NVQ Level 3
• Newly Qualified
• Available to start immediately

The Beauty Therapists & Laser Hair Removal Technical Role will be:

• Undertake and execute treatment procedures, leading by example and ensuring up to date knowledge of all areas at all times.
• Recommending and advising clients on the best treatment program.
• Achieving set sales and targets
• Assist the salon manager with all aspects of the business
• Take ownership of and be responsible for ensuring all administration procedures
• Client care is carried out including booking procedures, client payments and consultation cards.
• Ensure the secure daily handling of monies and cash transferable.
• Acting as team players.

Salary: Dependent upon experience.

Hours: Salon manager’s hours will be 40 hrs per week and the beauty therapist and laser technician’s hours will be on a pro rota basis 4 days per week which includes the weekends. An average week will involve 34 hours.
