Question:I have an ipl certificate but can't find anyone to insure me without beauty qualifications - can you help please!!!!!

Answer: Hi Jill, you got to have level 3 in NVQ or equivalent to get treatment liability insurance for laser. No insurance company will insure you without this qualification. If you're a doctor or dentist then you don't need the NVQ qualifications.

The good news is you can do both the NVQ level 2 and 3 within a year. If you search on google for private home study NVQ beauty therapist level 2 or 3 you'll find companies offering this course- it does cost but.
