Have You Heard Of a Yag Laser?

I have had a course of laser treatment previously with a YAG laser which I understand is the only one suitable for black skin (I am black).

I have come across a clinic that has a ag laser and I cannot find any information about this laser on the internet. Could you shed any light on this please?
